Ingredients
- 1 Taylor Farms Apple Feta Salad Kit
- 1 Salmon fillet, approximately 6 oz
- 1 lemon
Seasoning :
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons sunflower se
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Pat dry the salmon, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Top with lemon slices. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Prepare the contents of the Salad Kit and place portions into plates or bowls.
- Add the salmon on top!
