Vegetable Trays
Frequently asked questions
A typical veggie tray displays a bright assortment of raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, peppers, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower. The veggies are often accompanied by dips like ranch and hummus, and you may even get proteins like cheeses, sausage, and pepperonis added to the tray. The full lineup of Taylor Farms veggies trays includes vegetarian options (with and without dips), as well as choices that include cheeses or turkey sausages.
Depending on the size of the tray, Taylor Farms veggies trays can offer anywhere from 6 to 17 servings per package.
When properly refrigerated, a vegetable platter can typically last anywhere from 3 to 7 days. However, it's best to consume it within 2-3 days for optimal freshness and quality. Always refer to the use-by date on the packaging of the veggie tray.

All Taylor Farms’ products marked “ready-to-eat,” including our veggie platters, are thoroughly washed in purified water. Therefore, you don't need to wash the salads or vegetables before eating. That said, rinsing your fresh vegetables again prior to consuming will not damage the lettuce or vegetables.
Taylor Farms veggie trays contain a variety of raw vegetables that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. While overall healthiness can depend on factors such as portion size, added dips, and individual dietary preferences/requirements, a veggie platter is one of the more nutritious finger foods you can serve. In addition to the vitamins and minerals in the vegetables, our veggie platters that include cheeses and sausages also provide a good amount of protein with each serving.
Nothing! Crudités is just the French word for cut, raw vegetables, so a crudité platter is what we think of as a vegetable platter. Whether you call them by a fancier name or call them veggies, they're just great for serving a crowd!
