Ingredients
- 1 Taylor Farms Sweet Kale Chopped Salad Kit, assembled
- 1 large chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- 1 flatbread crust
- 5oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
Directions
- In a bag or small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, & chicken. Marinade for 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
- Cook chicken breast for 10-15 minutes, flipping once, on medium heat until cooked through (165°). *Keep heat to medium because the sugars in the vinegar can burn easily.
- Once chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Heat flatbread according to package then spread goat cheese over the top. Top with assembled salad.
- Finish with sliced chicken & pistachios. Enjoy!
