Broccoli Caesar with Crispy Chickpeas

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Follow the instructions on the Broccoli Caesar package to prepare the dish. 
  2. While the Broccoli Caesar is cooking, prepare the crispy chickpeas. Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Pat them dry thoroughly to remove excess moisture. Transfer the dried chickpeas to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the chickpeas with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the chickpeas out in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the chickpeas for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
  4. Once the Broccoli Caesar is cooked and ready, transfer it to a serving dish. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the Broccoli Caesar to taste.
  5. Sprinkle the crispy chickpeas over the top of the Broccoli Caesar. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
