Ingredients
- 1 Taylor Farms Caesar Chopped Salad Kit
- 2 (15-ounce) chickpea cans, drained
- ½ onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 chives
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 4 Hamburger buns
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roughly chop chickpeas in a food processor until a coarse mixture forms, scraping down the sides intermittently. Transfer to a bowl.
- In the same food processor, pulse onion and herbs until chopped. Stir into your chickpea mixture until combined.
- Add the egg, spices, and remaining ingredients. Form into patties and place evenly on a baking sheet sprayed with avocado oil. Bake for 30 minutes.
- While patties bake, prepare your Taylor Farms Caesar Chopped kit in a bowl.
- Add some of the Caesar Salad to the bottom of a warm burger bun. Top with a chickpea patty and add a little extra Caesar dressing. Serve and enjoy!
