A lot of small things make this recipe really special. To start, you may not often mix shredded cheese and chopped onion in with your ground beef before making burger patties—until now! It’s an easy way to make sure your burger is flavorful, cheesy, and juicy all at once.
What about the smash? Get that satisfying smash with the back of your spatula, and while some worry that it will lose juiciness, we’re not too concerned. Enjoy your warm tortilla smashed onto the burger for a flip-onto-the-plate taco moment.
If you haven’t become a fan of the Creamy Dill Pickle Chopped Salad Kit yet, this is what the fuss is all about: It’s green leaf lettuce, paired with cauliflower, kale, green and red cabbage, then topped with dill pickle-seasoned brioche crouton crumbles, feta cheese and dill pickle seasoning. If that’s not enough pickle-licious flavor, it gets tossed in creamy dill pickle ranch, with real pickle pieces in the dressing. That’s a lot of pickles!
Enjoy this decadent recipe any night of the week.
