- 1 Taylor Farms Organic Lemon Parmesan Chopped Salad Kit
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 salmon filets
Directions
- Season salmon filets with salt and black pepper. Heat a large pan on high and add the olive oil. When pan is hot, place salmon filets skin-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes. Gently flip filets and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the contents of the Organic Lemon Parmesan Chopped Salad Kit.
- Top with salmon and sliced or diced avocado. Serve with an optional wedge of lemon to squeeze over salmon filets. Enjoy!
