 Serve up a Thai Feast!

Here are some ideas for what to serve with this salad to help your dinner embrace the tantalizing tastes of Thai cuisine.

Spring Roll Appetizer: You could make actual spring rolls to accompany the meal. Just fill them with ingredients like tofu, chicken, or vermicelli noodles. Serve fresh or fried.

Protein Entree: Skip the shrimp on the salad, and instead serve this salad alongside classic Thai meat offerings like Chicken Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce or fresh grilled salmon with a pineapple or coconut glaze.

Never Say No to Pad Thai: Some Pad Thai or Pad See Ew is never a bad idea! Layer on your favorite additions, like bean sprouts, matchstick carrots, and cilantro.

Fresh Thai-inspired Fruit for Dessert: Serve a small cup of luscious fruit, like pineapple, mango, and lychee. (P.S. You can also grill your pineapple on skewers and serve with the chicken satay skewers.)

Thai Tea Beverage: No one can resist creamy, sweet Thai Iced Tea. Check your favorite recipe source or find a store-bought base mix—Thai Tea usually calls for  black tea, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and a spice like cardamom or cinnamon. Add tropical rum if guests desire!
