Build a Better Lunch: Taylor Farms Teams Up with Chelsea LeBlanc, RDN, on WSMV’s Today in Nashville!

Taylor Farms recently made a cameo on WSMV News 4’s Today in Nashville, where host Carole Sullivan teamed up with registered dietitian Chelsea LeBlanc to celebrate National Nutrition Month. 

During the segment, Chelsea demonstrated to Carole and viewers how to “build a better lunch” by putting together a simple meal prep solution. 

Using the Taylor Farms Honey Balsamic Salad Kit as the foundation, Chelsea walked everyone through how to layer ingredients in a mason jar for a tasty and nutritious lunch you can prep days in advance. She also tossed in juicy blueberries and grilled chicken for added protein and antioxidants and paired the mason jar salads with OLIPOP sodas. We just love a nutrient-packed meal that still feels fun and convenient.
